Eat Drink, Be Nerdy

Like every year, a delicious dinner with friends old and new during WhatTheFest.

There will be a welcome drink (incl. non-alcoholic) and some nibbles for us when we arrive. I am working on getting sponsorship for this. If that falls through, then it'll be my treat :)

After signup finishes (later today), I'll ask attendees via e-mail to specifiy which meal they would like from these options:

Porchetta
Slow cooked confit porchetta with duck fat roast potatoes and a fennel and apple slaw.

Beef Cheek
Braised beef cheek with spring onion mashed potatoes, duck fat cabbage, beef & red wine jus and bacon-chive crumb

Parmigiana Burger
Breaded aubergine slices stuffed with mozzarella, topped with marinara sauce, served with fries and aioli dip
